1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and a022f (the "Platform" or "a022f"), governing your access to and use of the website located at a022f.io and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the a022f platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any part of the a022f service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the a022f platform and close your account.

a022f reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are advised to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with a022f, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not unlawful. a022f does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and it is your sole responsibility to ensure you are not in breach of local laws.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of a022f, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the a022f platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using an a022f account.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each player may hold only one registered account on the a022f platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

a022f operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as part of its commitment to player safety, fraud prevention, and compliance with industry standards. KYC verification is required before the processing of your first withdrawal request and may be requested at any point during your relationship with a022f.

Documents typically requested as part of the KYC process include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits)

a022f aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Players whose accounts have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until the review is finalised.

3.2 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date account information at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your contact number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. a022f accepts no liability for service disruptions caused by outdated player information.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a022f login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other player's account.

a022f recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and change it regularly. In the event that you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the a022f support team immediately at [email protected].

All account activity conducted using your login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. a022f accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

a022f will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to request your password. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

a022f accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• bKash — instant deposit processing
• Nagad — instant deposit processing
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — instant deposit processing
• Upay — instant deposit processing
• Local bank transfers — City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (processing times may vary)

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on a022f is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your a022f account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Local bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours to be credited, depending on the originating bank and time of day.

5.3 Third-Party Deposits

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. a022f strictly prohibits deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account and registered in the account holder's name. a022f does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

a022f targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for standard bKash and Nagad transactions that do not require manual review. Processing times for other methods are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: under 3 minutes (standard transactions)
• Local bank transfers: 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours
• Transactions flagged for manual review: up to 48 hours

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must have completed KYC verification; (b) any active bonus funds must comply with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal is processed; (c) a022f may request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

a022f offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration on a022f.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a specified wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• a022f reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if it suspects the player is exploiting the promotion in bad faith.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any one time, unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the a022f sportsbook are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the a022f platform.

8.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the a022f system. A confirmation notification will be displayed on screen and recorded in your bet history. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

8.2 Odds & Markets

a022f publishes odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your stake. a022f offers both pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports.

8.3 Void Bets

a022f reserves the right to void any bet that: (a) was placed using odds that were the result of a manifest error; (b) relates to an event that was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined; (c) was placed in breach of these Terms or the applicable sport rules. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.

8.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply on a022f and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

9. Casino & Game Rules

The a022f casino — including all live dealer tables, slots, and RNG games — is governed by these Terms and by the specific rules of each individual game. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall apply to that game.

All slot games and RNG casino games available on a022f use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested. Live dealer games are operated by leading providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live and are subject to those providers' own game rules as presented at the table.

Malfunctions of game software or live dealer equipment void all plays and returns. a022f accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control, including interruptions to a player's internet connection.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a022f platform and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on a022f
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or manifest pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct related to the corruption of sporting events
• Colluding with other players, whether on the a022f platform or externally, to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Allowing any third party to access or use your a022f account
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit a022f's pricing in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting activity

11. Responsible Gaming

a022f is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all a022f account holders and can be activated directly from the account dashboard following a022f login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited into your a022f account. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of 72 hours.

12. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a022f platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any a022f content without prior written authorisation from a022f.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a022f's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the a022f platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a022f expressly excludes liability for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect or consequential losses of any kind; (c) losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity; (d) losses arising from the player's reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate; (e) losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit a022f's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy & Data

a022f collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at a022f.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the a022f Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used by a022f for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the delivery of a022f services. a022f does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game content providers to the extent necessary for the provision of the a022f service.

a022f operates its platform with 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing techniques and are never transmitted or stored in plaintext.

15. Amendments to These Terms

a022f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the a022f platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and betting services in the jurisdiction under which a022f operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the a022f platform shall first be referred to the a022f customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with the support team, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a recognised independent dispute resolution process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

a022f's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and account actions are final. However, players always have the right to raise a formal complaint in writing to [email protected], and all complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and reviewed in good faith.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
